1. Properties
Greenish yellow, powdery, nontoxic, inodorous crystal. Purity :99%; melting point: 229-231,solve in most of organic solvents. It belongs to the same ground as Blankophor ER produced by Bayer. It has steady chemical performance, good fire resisting quality and light stability, recognized as the most ideal brightening agents for polyester fiber in the world.
2. Usage
The product is used for white dyeing and blooming of polyester fiber as well as PE, PP, PVC and coating. Also, it can be added in polyester pellet contour machining.
3. Method of application
Put fluorescent agent ER, polyester pellet and other additives into the blending machine. Recommended usage is 0.02-0.08% (compared with polyester pellet weight). Mix evenly at 50-150,and reel at 240-300
